Unplugging: Vegan Banana Nut Bread

Good evening everybody!

I know… I have been absent here lately… but let me explain…

I was sitting down tonight to write. As I was brainstorming, I put together potentially three new ideas to share with all my readers…. The problem though, when started to type everything out, I felt as if I couldn’t get my words in order.

At first I thought this doesn’t make sense…. I haven’t written a new piece in days and if you follow me on Instagram, then you might even be upset that I haven’t shared that Vegan Banana Nut Bread  recipe that I promised was coming last night!

***Forgive me? Better late than never? As promised…. here it is! Again… not my recipe, but as always… tested and approved by yours truly!


I think I just realized, although I haven’t posted anything new in a couple of days,  I haven’t forgotten the responsibility that I have pressured myself to write as often as possible. So all the while I haven’t been posting, all I can think about is… I NEED TO POST!

An old friend once told me,

“if you don’t have to, if it doesn’t bring you joy…don’t.”

Now this doesn’t apply to everything…. and I am not saying this blog has become a burden…. just maybe that I need a moment to focus on what is actually taking up so much of my time. Maybe need to do a little reorganizing…

So for now, I am unplugging, re-charging and relaxing!!

With focusing on the new goals I have set for myself this year, I decided I am not gonna force this. I’ll be taking a couple more days off, looking forward to coming back with new and exciting content to share with you all!
